Awesome Food. Tucked away in a shopping center it is 100% worth coming here! I will definitely be back. The chicken skewers were amazing. 5 STARS!

Ok I went with this place for my Mediterranean craving after reading a RAVE review and saw their rating. I've had 4 Mediterranean places in Lexington and I have to say this has been my least favorite.
We ordered take out to eat after work and I got the falafel combo with grape leaves as my side and Austin got (his favorite) gyro combo with falafel as his side (first time).
He said the falafel was "ok" but only ate 1. I felt like it lacked something too. His gyro was good minus there was too many pickled peppers, which he'd never had on a gyro before. There was a lot of taziki, which he appreciated.
My combo was ok. There was a ton of hummus but no pita? This was a first and really aggravating because do I eat the hummus with a spoon? The grape leaves were the most pathetic excuse of a stuffed grape leaf I've ever seen. (Pictured) there was absolutely no stuffing and you bit into too much leaf and had to rip it with your teeth. The pickled vegetables were disgusting and I love pickled anything.
It was fairly priced. $20 for 2 combos but again too many problems to feel satisfied. We won't be back when there are much better options. -

Hidden away in the Eastland Shopping Center is Nefertiti. I've been there with the family, and I have to say this is a very good restaurant. We're now regulars at this restaurant. We enjoy their salads, gyros, appetizers, and we've never been disappointed.
Most importantly, the personnel are very nice too. -

This food is good! I got my order today through Door Dash. The food arrived hot - a lot of places don't pack their food well enough to arrive hot. They did! The grape leaves were tasty but on the smaller side. I did get an extra one 6 vs 5, so that's a plus. I ordered the shawarma platter with cucumber salad. I guess they must have been out of the salad because I received hummus and a huge pita instead so I'm not mad. Portions were huge. I do wish the hummus had a more garlicky flavor but it might just be plain hummus. It complemented the lamb well because I'm a dipper and took the opportunity. I will most certainly order from here again.

I stumbled upon this place by accident. It is a hidden gem located in the Eastland Plaza near Save a Lot. When I saw it, I had to stop in. I love mediterrean food and this spot doesn't let me down.
I was greated as soon as I walked into the shop. The person taking my order was very nice and prompt. I placed my order and he was very attentive and multi tasking at the same time. Very impressive.
The lunch prices were very reasonable. You also get a lot of food for the money which I love. I ordered a gyro and hummus. The hummus was great and normally comes with flat bread, but they gave me meat to scoop with. That was new and awsome. I was being a fat kid and also ordered falafels to go with it. All the food was amazing.
I will stop back in here with looking for some middle eastern food.
